Challenges
One of the primary challenges we encountered was the considerable distance between the temperature sensors and the control panel housing the temperature controllers.
Solution
To address this challenge, we implemented a highly effective solution:
- Temperature Transmitters: We deployed state-of-the-art temperature transmitters from the Datexel brand. These transmitters were strategically placed after each sensor. They converted temperature readings into a 4-20 mA current output.
- Advanced Temperature Controllers: Our choice of temperature controllers was the top-notch Samwon brand, capable of accepting the 4-20 mA current input. These controllers were pivotal in maintaining precise temperature control.
- Live Monitoring: Our system continuously monitored temperature levels. As soon as the temperature reached the pre-defined set point, which was determined by the operator, the temperature controller took action.
- Electric Valve Control: To regulate the flow of hot and cold water, we integrated electric valves from the reputable Parker brand into the system. These valves were strategically positioned in the water supply path. When activated by the temperature controller, they opened to allow the mixture of hot and cold water to flow, maintaining the desired temperature.
This innovative solution not only met our client’s unique needs but also ensured efficient and reliable temperature control for all three Jacuzzis.
